I need to order replacement parts and printed off the list from the website here that was listed. I have never done this and I called CS tonight and asked for some info on it and they basically said what do you need. I bought a ton of outfits on ebay recently and they did not come with the accessories such as the shoes, etc... Do you call them with what you need and they let you know what the cost is? How many items typically do you ask for replacements for? Do you have luck having the items in stock? Basically I want the shoes, socks, and little accessories like that. I have a list but do not know if I should call and let them know the 20+ items I want. Any advice is welcomed! Thanks!

You can also email CS at [email protected] with questions on replacement parts. They usually get back to you in 1-2 days with all the info you need and that way you aren't stuck on the phone and can have part numbers and prices all ready when you call.

I've done it about 5 or 6 times, and asked about roughly a dozen items each time. They always were super nice and told me everything I needed to know, right in the email.

I emailed about replacement shoes for Josefina, and I was advised to just call and ask for them. I didn't even have a code when I called, but the lady was very helpful, looked it up, told me the shoes are in stock and gave me the price of $8. I should be receiving them early next week.

I've ordered plenty of replacement parts since I get many of our outfits from EBAY. When I call, they are always very helpful. It does help them if you know the first few letters of the item number, but they can look it up even if you don't. I've also found that calling in the evening is better than in the middle of the day...they aren't as busy. I even had a rep tell me the other night that it was "fun" to look that stuff up, different from the usual orders that she takes.

Good luck. Sometimes the items are available, sometimes they are "in limited supply" but still available, and sometimes not at all.

It is always good to do a large order so that you can save on shipping costs. Most replacement items are pretty small, so it makes sense to have them all shipped at once, instead of one at a time. I like to order the mini-books and food items first and then get extra underwear, socks, etc.

Can one order a replacement toothbrush from the overnight kit or are replacement parts limited to clothes shoes socks etc. Also, does anyone know if you can order replacement parts for the Angelina Ballerina & Hopscotch Hill lines. My daughter lost the walking stick that came with Angelina's camping set and we're both crushed because it was totally cute! What do you think our chances are of getting another?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">They can be anything. It seems to be a matter of whether they have extras in stock to sell separtely. And sometimes old things that you wouldn't think you can get are available. Just call and ask...it never hurts!

Thanks for all the information, I will call when my husband gets home and order some items, it seems as soon as I get on the phone my kids need everything and I can't stay focus. I'll let everyone know how it goes.
